He works with small, medium, and large organizations in a range of business segments helping to create strong leaders who can improve employee engagement and productivity. Dave also works with community leaders and volunteers implementing innovative programs to ensure continued development and growth for their respective communities and organizations.

Background

Dave is an Army veteran who has worked as a machinist, computer systems expert, technical writer, and technical trainer. He’s conducted performance improvement workshops from Honolulu to London and throughout North America. Industries in which Dave has consulted include financial services, food, health care, and manufacturing. Prior to becoming an independent management consultant and training facilitator, D.L. Podeszwa & Associates, Dave served as a training director for a Fortune 100 company for 15 years. For the past 10 years Dave has been consulting and conducting workshops for a wide range of organizations, including non-profits and companies with union and non-union shops.
