Joe Haubenhofer

Joe Haubenhofer is a recognized expert in sales and dispute management. He has consulted successfully with a variety of industries, including pharmaceutical, transportation, telecom, high tech, manufacturing, financial services, health care, and government.

In keeping with HPA’s methodology, Joe audits and evaluates critical and problem situations at every decision-making level, using both a business and human dynamic perspective. Joe consults to develop solutions that are congruent with prevailing corporate values, will alleviate short-term problems, and lay the foundation for an organization’s long-term capacity for problem solving, conflict resolution, innovation, and business success.

Background

Joe was CEO and Chairman for FIRSTWORLD Travel, a national travel agency franchise, and also served as vice president of education for Century 21. He is an adjunct professor for the Department of Education at the University of Minnesota, where he lectures and facilitates discussions around business topics. Joe has trained at the Harvard Negotiations Project and has consulted and facilitated training sessions extensively in North America and around the world. Notable clients include NEC, Hewlett-Packard, IBM, Siemens, Oracle, Motorola, and AT&T. His extensive negotiation and sales experience has been utilized by executives to reorganize and align functional areas to deliver on corporate goals and stategies.
