Judy Hartley

Role

An experienced performance consultant and facilitator, Judy Hartley specializes in front-line leadership and team development. In fact, working with clients and her leadership development consulting colleagues, Judy has designed and developed an easily customizable training curriculum for supervisors and managers called the Performance Leadership Series. With her considerable experience in leadership development, she has also helped to create other leadership programs, including Learning to Lead in Manufacturing, which was developed in conjunction with the Manufacturers Alliance.

Beyond her leadership development work, Judy also assists clients with their initiatives to develop excellence in customer service, as well as guiding client organizations in their efforts to become more respectful work places. With many training certifications to help clients improve performance, Judy often finds it helpful to integrate the TRACOM Group’s Social Styles program in much of her work. And, with her significant experience in creating and delivering customized training, Judy is often paired with clients who seek to integrate training with their roll-out of a new performance management system.
