Bob Hanson

Role

Bob Hanson is the founder, president, and principal business developer of Hanson Performance Alliance, LLC. With a leadership background in operations and sales management, Bob has a passion for helping organizations gain clarity about their core values, goals, and strategies and how that clarity translates into a unique formula for achieving desired business performance. Bob consults with clients on aligning and preparing their organization for effective strategy execution; identifying and integrating key competencies for more effective leadership development and performance management; building the linkage between sales effectiveness, compensation and market strategy; and planning and developing training frameworks and programs.

Background

With more than 18 years in operations and sales management, including eight years at the senior management level and seven years consulting with client companies on organization effectiveness and training, Bob brings significant experience to client organizations. His experience, ranging from direct customer contact as an account manager to being a business unit leader, from managing a national sales force to collaborative problem solving in the executive boardroom, allows Bob to consult with clarity and candor. Key areas of experience and expertise include leadership development, organization and team alignment, sales force effectiveness, systems analysis, strategic planning, and change management.
