Role
Most changes require new kinds of communication. Whether someone is promoted to a new leadership position or department personnel need to communicate more effectively with each other or with an overseas office, new communication abilities and skills are required. As an experienced consultant, facilitator and coach, Abby Bloom helps people and organizations develop these new skills particularly during times of change. The change situations vary widely as do the methods Abby uses to help others gain new capabilities. Whether Abby is coaching an individual, facilitating a group session, or designing and delivering a program, the results are consistent. Participants’ communication skills improve and their effectiveness is enhanced. In terms of building client capacity for ongoing performance improvement, Abby has a long list of very satisfied client organizations.
