Julie Berg

Role

As an experienced, hands-on organization effectiveness and training professional, Julie Berg develops programs to increase the leadership capabilities of new managers, revamp training to trim staff time to competency, and create strategies for the successful retention and transition of employees during organizational change. She works effectively with a broad range of employee groups, from nurses to engineers to customer service providers. She is often praised for her interactive approach to training design, applying methodologies that support the on-the-job application of new acquired skills and knowledge. Julie’s focus is on performance improvement initiatives that help companies develop an engaged, higher-performing workforce.  As a coach, she provides structure, accountability and creativity in helping clients achieve their goals.

Julie has 20 years of organization development and training experience across industries including healthcare, education, business services, manufacturing, telecommunications, retail, finance and non-profits. As an internal and external consultant, she was responsible for organization consulting, leadership assessment and development, team coaching, curriculum design and training facilitation. Julie also has managed a corporate training function.
